To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proffiter, its operators, and its affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
